Responsibilities and Duties:
The following tasks and responsibilities shall be assigned to it:
1. Preparing the first chapter of the budget.
2. Developing a draft of the company's resource plan according to the general budget and submitting it to the relevant authority.
3. Completing the procedures for appointing and contracting faculty members.
4. Reviewing unit requests for appointments according to approved positions and submitting recommendations to the relevant authority.
5. Approving appointments and promotions for grade five and above, in consultation with the relevant unit.
6. Implementing laws and regulations issued concerning employees and issuing circulars that regulate performance.
7. Focusing on developing capabilities, improving the work environment, and enhancing performance.
8. Approving investigations and accountability for grades above five and submitting them to the Undersecretary. 9. Any other tasks assigned to the agent.
