1. To study and analyze the university's actual and potential assets in terms of human, intellectual, and material capabilities, with the aim of utilizing and benefiting from them through various investment opportunities.
2. To propose investment and development projects and how to finance them, with the goal of the university developing them based on sound economic principles.
3. Establishing and managing companies, units, and branches of an investment nature, and developing appropriate plans for their operation and development.
4. Forming boards, bodies, and administrative committees for companies, units, and branches.
5. Establishing the administrative, functional, and hierarchical structures for companies, units, and branches.
6. Supervising the performance of companies, units, and branches and monitoring them to ensure their sound management.
7. Providing the university with guidance on how to finance development projects and effectively utilize its financial resources.
8. Developing the university's educational and training programs.
9. Preparing the annual budget for the administration.
